Geoff Mamerow is an Assistant Director of learning outcomes assessment in the Office Of Planning and Assessment. He supports faculty, program coordinators, and administrators across Penn State to develop and execute plans to assess student learning in undergraduate and graduate programs, certificates, and general education.
Geoff joined the Office of Planning and Assessment in January of 2017. Prior to that he was the Director of Institutional Research, as well as the Director of Assessment at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio. He holds apprenticeship papers in Biotechnology from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, an A.S. in the Recording Arts from Full Sail University, a B.A. in English and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Secondary Teaching Licensure from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and a M.S and Ph.D. in Higher, Post-Secondary and Continuing Education Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
